Amanda Cohen, Psy.D. has been with San Diego, START services programs (Systemic, Therapeutic, Assessment, Resources and Treatment) as the Program Director since June of 2023. Dr. Cohen holds a Doctorate of Psychology (Psy.D.) with a specialty in health and neuropsychology. She is experienced on crisis prevention and response, community based organization mental health treatment, trauma informed care and program development.
