Dr. Cynthia Martin is a nationally recognized clinical psychologist, autism expert, international speaker, and Founder and Director of CM Psychology & Developmental Care, a multidisciplinary neurodevelopmental center in New York City providing comprehensive diagnostic evaluations, therapy, consultation, and professional training for autistic individuals and their families. An internationally recognized trainer on the Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule, Second Edition (ADOS-2) and the Autism Diagnostic Interview–Revised (ADI-R), Dr. Martin has trained psychologists, physicians, educators, and multidisciplinary teams around the world in evidence-based autism assessment and care. Her career has spanned clinical practice, academic medicine, neuroscience research, healthcare leadership, and professional education. Before founding her practice, she served as Senior Director of the Autism Center at the Child Mind Institute, where she built and led the clinical autism program, and previously held faculty appointments at Harvard Medical School and Weill Cornell Medical College, providing specialized care through Boston Children's Hospital and the Center for Autism and the Developing Brain at New York-Presbyterian.
