Provides individualized support, services and activities relevant to a person’s age, preferences and culture. Offers day programs, independent living services and 1:1 supported living services in the client’s home or community.

An independent living center serving individuals with disabilities and offering free services including transition, diversion, peer support, personal assistance, advocacy and referrals.

Offers a range of services for adults with developmental disabilities such as independent living, family support, community day programs and employment.

Provides vocational counseling, job placement, community-living skills training, residential support and crisis intervention to individuals with disabilities.

As a SDRC vendor, we offer Respite, Independent Living Skills and Supported Living Services. Our direct support staff is trained with the knowledge and experience to address each individual’s medical and disability needs to assist with daily activities, personal care, cooking, budgeting and skill development.
