Our direct support staff is trained with the knowledge and experience to address each individual’s medical and disability needs to assist with daily activities, personal care, cooking, budgeting and skill development.

Family Home Agency program partners with the state and community caregivers to support individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities, in a place they can call home. Caring host families/individuals encouraged to apply.

Administers rental assistance programs and publicly-owned rental housing units that provide safe and affordable housing options for low-income families and families with special needs.

Residential program for people with disabilities provides over 30 living environments with varying levels of support and training and 24/7 care and supervision so residents are able to live, work and play in their community.

Finds and trains families to provide adults with disabilities safe homes to help them become more independent, enhance self-esteem and attain life skills.

Residential model that provides independence and high-quality services to people with similar wants and needs through shared-cost operations and infrastructure. Individual experiences for each resident, including work opportunities.
