Delia Yepez has been working at the San Diego Regional Center (SDRC) since 2007. Delia is a certified Person-Centered thinking trainer and an active participant in staff and community trainings. She’s held the role of a Service Coordinator in the CA Early Start program and also an Early Start Program Manager. She currently oversees the Enhances Service Coordination unit which is intended to improve service access and delivery for transition age youth and adult individuals from diverse communities who face barriers to regional center services. Delia is active participant in coalition and affinity groups who work in leading the disability rights movement to advance inclusion and access for the IDD communities. Along with a committee of SDRC team members, Delia supports with training and implementation of Coordinated Family Support (CFS) Service which is a fairly new service option specifically designed for adults who are 18 years and older who choose to live in their family home are served by a regional center.
